Provide support to knowledge management process, throughout the request cycle, with business interactions. Provide direction and strategic insights to the Knowledge Management team and help remove environmental obstacles that impede work execution. Manage work volumes, monitor Service Level Agreements (SLA) adherence, and help to prioritize work for KM deliverables. Execute knowledge management processes such as capacity planning, internal reporting, and data analysis. Support onboarding of new KM business to KM technology platforms. Candidates should have proven experience in or significant knowledge of all or most of the following: Understanding of the overall Knowledge Management/technical writing content creation approaches, tools, and strategies Proficiency in Microsoft Office product, excelling in excel and SharePoint functionality. Collaboration and leadership Written and verbal communication Emotional intelligence & Decision Making Negotiation skills Agile management Critical and creative thinking Process improvement Capacity planning Risk management Excellent leadership, negotiation, influencing, and conflict management skills. Ability to collaborate and influence in a complex environment: motivating and leading others through change. Adept at networking, consulting, and building relationships with all levels of management and staff. Excellent listening and interpersonal skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with demonstrated experience/skill in communicating with various levels of business leadership. Participation in large scale learning projects (Agile and Waterfall). Ability to work independently and identify information and/or resources needed to complete assignments. Ability to work in a virtual team environment, across multiple time zones and countries.
