  • Influencer / Community Connector
    – Ability to champion Excel's mission, enhance community relationships, elevate our profile, and raise interest across donor and government networks.
  • Industry Expert
    – Knowledge of the social services or healthcare sector.
  • Human Resources Professional
    – Expertise in people strategy, workforce planning and management, and organizational culture.
  • Finance Professional
    – Strong background in accounting, financial oversight and governance.
  • Health, Safety and Risk Management Professional
    – Experience in organizational health, safety and risk assessment, mitigation planning, and governance oversight.
  • IT / Cyber Security Specialist
    – Experience with digital transformation, data protection, and technology governance.
  • First Responder or Emergency Services Professional –
    Background in emergency response, crisis management, and safety planning.
