Job Description
In this senior developer analyst role, under the supervision of the development department, you will be responsible for:

  • Design, modify, and update custom computer programs according to specifications, using appropriate programming languages.
  • Work on both front-end and back-end aspects within a variety of projects.
  • Configure and commission development infrastructures.
  • Ensure project compliance with specifications.
  • Design and manage databases.
  • Contribute to the performance of web applications.
  • Validate the quality of produced code and perform unit tests to ensure compliance with internal standards and client requirements.
  • Regularly estimate tasks and ensure project completion within established deadlines and budgets.
  • Maintain and optimize existing programs and software for our clients.
  • Participate in the evolution of practices and tools within the development department.
  • Keep up to date with the latest news and industry trends.

Desired Profile

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills:

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
  • Knowledge of web browsers, APIs, HTML5, CSS3, PHP, and W3C standards
  • Experience with SQL Server and/or MySQL
  • Strong interest in AI-powered development assistance tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, etc.)

Personal Skills:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Curiosity and ability to adapt to diverse development contexts
  • Autonomy and ability to manage priorities effectively
  • Creativity and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Team spirit, attention to detail, and thoroughness in task execution
  • Proven leadership in a constantly evolving environment

Expérience and Qualifications:

  • College diploma (DEC) in Computer Science or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Full-Stack Programmer Analyst
  • A valid driver's license is required for occasional travel.
  • Fluency in French (written, spoken, comprehension) is essential. English is an asset, as some clients are English-speaking only.
