Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Chef Pâtissier(ère) passionné(e) pour se joindre à notre équipe. La personne idéale possède de l'expérience en pâtisserie, un souci du détail et un réel amour du métier.

Responsabilités

  • Préparer et cuire une variété de pâtisseries et desserts
  • Respecter les recettes et les horaires de production
  • Assurer la qualité, la fraîcheur et la présentation des produits
  • Maintenir un environnement de travail propre et conforme aux normes d'hygiène
  • Participer au développement de nouveaux produits au besoin
  • Respecter les normes de salubrité alimentaire

Exigences

  • Expérience préalable en pâtisserie ou en boulangerie
  • Bonne connaissance des techniques de pâtisserie
  • Capacité à travailler efficacement dans un environnement rapide
  • Sens de l'organisation et bonne gestion du temps
  • Esprit d'équipe et attitude positive
  • Formation culinaire ou en pâtisserie (un atout)

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail and a love for producing high-quality pastries and desserts.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and bake a variety of pastries and desserts
  • Follow recipes and production schedules
  • Ensure quality, freshness, and presentation standards
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
  • Assist with product development when needed
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a pastry chef or baker
  • Knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Culinary or pastry training (an asset)

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
