Customer Care Coordinator (Front Desk Receptionist)
North Vancouver, Upper Delbrook
Part-time with potential for full-time
Hear at Home Mobile Hearing Clinic is looking for a friendly, outgoing Customer Care Coordinator to join our front desk team. We're an independent hearing clinic located in the Upper Delbrook neighbourhood of North Vancouver, and we've been proudly serving our community since 2009.
This role is primarily on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
If you're looking for full-time hours, we can accommodate that with the addition of a Saturday for the right person.
When people call or walk through our doors, we want them to feel calm, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. We greet clients by name, offer them a coffee or chai latte, and create an environment that feels more like home than a clinic. Hearing healthcare can feel stressful for some people, and your role is a big part of easing that experience.
You don't need experience in hearing healthcare. We'll train you.
Your personality, professionalism, and willingness to learn matter most.
- Welcoming clients in person and on the phone
- Booking and managing appointments for both in-clinic and mobile visits
- Communicating clearly with clients who may have hearing loss
- Writing professional, clear emails with strong grammar and spelling
- Supporting practitioners and working closely as part of a team
- Juggling phone calls, walk-ins, and day-to-day clinic needs with confidence
- A warm, friendly, and outgoing personality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort speaking clearly on the phone
- Strong attention to detail and ability to micro-task
- Confidence with technology and learning new systems
- Mac computer experience is required
We will test this during the hiring process. If you don't currently use a Mac, please apply later once you're comfortable. - Ability to adapt to change. We're an independent clinic, and we evolve as technology and processes change
- Team-oriented and genuinely enjoys coming to work and seeing coworkers
- Trainable and open to learning. Most of this role will be new unless you've worked in a hearing clinic before
- Part-time: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
- Full-time option available with Saturday included
- Starting wage: $21.00 per hour (wage may be increased sooner)
- Wage increases immediately after the probationary period
- Paid breaks. If you work 8 hours, you're paid for 8 hours
- Benefits after probation
- Company Events
- Uniform provided
Our clinic is in North Vancouver, Upper Delbrook.
We prefer someone who lives on the North Shore, but if you live elsewhere and are reliable and punctual, we're open to hearing from you.
If this sounds like something you'd enjoy, we'd love to hear from you.
Apply with your resume and tell us a bit about yourself and why this role interests you
