We're Expanding Our Maintenance TeamOur Maintenance Team is growing—we're adding two new positions to support ongoing upgrades and ensure our property stays in top shape If you've got hands-on skills in painting, drywall, wallpaper, plumbing, or HVAC, we've got the perfect opportunity for you.We're hiring for two Maintenance Technicians Roles. Whether you're patching drywall, fixing plumbing, troubleshooting HVAC, or lending a hand with general upkeep, you'll play a key role in keeping our hotel operating at its very best. Preference will be given to candidates with at least 2 years of maintenance experience, especially those skilled in painting, drywall, and wallpaper. Candidates with plumbing and HVAC expertise are also strongly encouraged to apply.What You'll Be Doing:Delivering wow-worthy service to guests and team members while handling a variety of maintenance requests.Tackling repair and upkeep tasks—whether it's drywall touch-ups, wallpaper fixes, plumbing repairs, HVAC troubleshooting, or a squeaky door—while keeping safety and quality standards front and center.Spotting and reporting health, safety, or security issues, and ensuring tools and equipment are well-maintained and stored properly.Jumping in to resolve guest concerns where possible—because your service attitude is just as strong as your wrench arm.Tracking and reporting inventory levels to the Maintenance Supervisor.Following Occupational Health & Safety policies like the pro you are.Helping keep the hotel, our team, and our guests secure while you work.Pitching in with "all hands on deck" energy for any other duties that come your way.What You Bring to the Table:High school diploma (or equivalent).Minimum 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience (painting, drywall, and wallpaper experience strongly preferred).Bonus points for skills in plumbing, HVAC, or other building trades.Solid know-how of tools, equipment, and techniques to get the job done right.Strong communication and customer service skills.Energy, mobility, and stamina to handle an active workday.A sharp eye for health and safety regulations.A polished, professional attitude and appearance.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive in busy, high-pressure moments.WHMIS training, apprenticeship registration, or other specialized maintenance certifications are a plus.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays—you're the kind of person who thrives in a dynamic schedule.A true team player who lives by our Coast core values and takes pride in being part of a culture of accountability.Why Join Us:You'll be joining a supportive, skilled, and growing team where your craftsmanship and pride in your work truly matter.
