Blue Shed Group is a global personal growth and leadership education company supporting professionals who are exploring new ways to apply their experience outside the traditional 9–5.

We're seeking an experienced
People & Growth Partner
to work independently, supporting professionals who are considering a change in direction and want structured guidance around leadership, growth, and development opportunities.

This is a
remote, self-directed consulting role
, suited to professionals who value autonomy, flexibility, and purposeful work, while still operating within a clear framework and support system.

What You'll Do

Engage with professionals who have expressed interest in leadership and personal development

Share structured information about our programs using proven resources and tools

Support individuals through an informed decision-making process

Build trusted, professional relationships through thoughtful conversations

Participate in ongoing training, development, and peer collaboration
