We're looking for team-oriented, reliable, and quick learners who can work efficiently while maintaining product quality. Since this is the early stage of a new company, there's great potential for growth — dedicated team members may have the chance to move into team leader or management roles as the business expands.

Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a small team to produce handmade protein bars and snacks

  • Follow clear steps in the production process (mixing, shaping, packaging, etc.)

  • Maintain product quality and consistency

  • Keep the workspace clean, safe, and organized

  • Follow all food safety and hygiene standards

  • Support team members to ensure smooth, efficient production

Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast-paced food environment such as a bakery, restaurant, or food production facility is preferred

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn

  • Physically able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.50-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week

Work Location: In person
