Position Overview

As a Production Worker at Revival Productions, you'll play a key role in the daily manufacturing process — ensuring that products are assembled, packaged, and prepared to meet company and client standards. You'll work as part of a team that values reliability, attention to detail, and pride in quality work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Assemble, inspect, and package products according to company standards.
  • Perform quality checks and report any issues or defects to supervisors.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with loading/unloading materials and organizing production supplies.
  • Follow established procedures, instructions, and safety guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Contribute to process improvements and uphold a culture of teamwork and respect.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse work is an asset — but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Dependability — showing up on time and ready to contribute every day.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced production environment.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude or comfort with operating tools/machinery is an advantage.
