Responsibilities
:

Must-Haves

  • 5+ years as a Full Stack Developer or equivalent experience
  • Strong proficiency with Git versioning tool
  • Deep experience with ReactJS and transitioning from legacy systems
  • Strong HTML, CSS/SCSS, and vanilla JavaScript skills (not just jQuery)
  • Graphic design capabilities and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar
  • Experience integrating cloud-based headless CMS (e.g., Contentful)
  • 5+ years experience with AWS, Netlify, Google Cloud, or Azure (need to understand core networking within cloud environments)
  • 2+ years in architecture and solutioning applications/services
  • Experience working within a distributed team and project management in Github and Jira
  • 5+ years building JavaScript applications/services
  • 3-5+ years with JavaScript frameworks like React/Next or Vue/Nuxt
  • Strong UI/UX design sensibility
  • Ability to hit the ground running with protocols

Nice-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with AWS elastic beanstalk: Lambda, API Gateway, EC2
  • Experience with Liquid templating language
  • Knowledge of Java Spring Boot, MongoDB, Docker, MySQL,
  • Experience in CPG, toys, or children's entertainment
  • Mentoring other developers
  • CI/CD experience using standard platforms
