This is an Independent Contractor Position.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Working directly 1:1 with clients in centre and in home as needed
  • Using principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis to provide intervention to clients as outlined in the child's program
  • Collaborating with team members
  • Collect and graph data daily
  • Prepare written documentation regarding child's session and progress as required
  • Participate in scheduled team meetings and conferences as required
  • Present information (both written and oral) sensitively and effectively
  • Collaborate with supervising Senior Therapists and Clinical Supervisors regarding programming and child's progress

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate program in a related field (human behaviour, behaviour science, child development, social work, etc.)
  • Experience working with young children (preferred). Training will be provided
  • Current Vulnerable Sector Screening
  • Valid First Aid, CPI, and CPR certificate an asset
  • Be able to travel within Brampton locations and should have a valid driver's license.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Evenings, Weekends

Schedule:

  • Monday to Saturday
  • Weekend availability required
