Brampton, Canada Behaviour Therapist Full time

**Duties**:

- Conduct assessments to identify behavioural needs and develop individualized behaviour intervention plans.
- Implement behaviour intervention strategies to support students with diverse learning needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure effective implementation of behaviour plans.
- Utilize electronic medical records for accurate documentation and progress tracking.
- Provide training and support to staff members on behaviour management techniques.
- Conduct data collection and analysis to monitor client's progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in special education and Behaviour analysis.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of comprehensive educational plans.

Qualifications:

- Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Experience working with children, particularly in educational settings.
- Proficiency in medical terminology related to behavioural health.
- Strong understanding of data collection methods and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to provide patient care with empathy and professionalism.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $60.00-$70.00 per hour
