Job Description

We are seeking a
Senior Full Stack Developer / Team Lead
to design, build, and lead the development of modern, scalable web applications. This role requires deep hands-on expertise across
frontend, backend, and cloud environments
, along with the ability to
lead teams, influence technical decisions, and collaborate with stakeholders
.

The ideal candidate combines
technical excellence
with
leadership capability
, ensuring high-quality delivery while mentoring and guiding development teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute to the development of
    end-to-end full-stack solutions
  • Build
    responsive, accessible, and high-performance frontend applications
  • Design and develop
    backend services and RESTful APIs
  • Guide architecture, code quality, and best practices across teams
  • Collaborate with cloud, DevOps, UX, and product stakeholders
  • Ensure applications meet
    security, performance, and scalability standards
  • Support CI/CD, automation, and containerized deployments
  • Produce clear
    technical documentation
    and participate in code reviews

Required Skills & Qualifications

Front-End Development

  • 3+ years
    of hands-on experience with
  • Strong expertise in
    Tailwind CSS, Vuetify 3, Vitest
    , and
    Accessibility (A11y)
  • Proficiency in
    HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
  • Solid understanding of
    cross-browser compatibility
    and
    modular design patterns
  • Experience or exposure to
    React Native
    for mobile development is a plus

Back-End Development

  • Hands-on experience with
    .NET, , or Java
  • Strong knowledge of
    RESTful API design
    and backend integrations
  • Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases

Cloud & DevOps

  • Experience with
    Azure, AWS, or GCP
  • Hands-on experience with
    CI/CD pipelines, automation, and containerization

Additional Skills

  • Strong experience with
    unit and integration testing
  • Familiarity with
    SASS, W3C Web Standards, and Web Performance optimization
  • Proficiency with
    Webpack
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to
    lead, influence, and mentor teams
  • Strong
    technical documentation and writing
    skills
