Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the upkeep of commercial spaces, utilizing a range of cleaning tools and techniques. Candidates should possess strong time management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.

Duties

  • Perform thorough cleaning of commercial and residential spaces, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and custodial equipment to complete cleaning tasks efficiently
  • Conduct facilities maintenance activities as needed to ensure equipment and fixtures are in proper working order
  • Apply cleaning chemicals safely and effectively while adhering to safety protocols
  • Manage heavy lifting tasks related to moving furniture or equipment during cleaning or maintenance activities
  • Maintain supplies inventory and notify management when replenishments are required
  • Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally

Experience

  • Male preferred, 20-35 years old
  • Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
  • Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, and facilities maintenance equipment is advantageous
  • Experience in customer service or working in team environments is beneficial
  • Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks safely
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
