Role Summary:

Our client is looking for Lead Treasury Manager with assumed responsibility for the company's cash management, funding, foreign exchange and treasury reporting processes.

Key Job Responsibilities:

 Monitor daily domestic and foreign bank account balances for Company. Monitor incoming remittances, control bank loans and term deposit due dates.Prepare, control and process daily payments and bank transactions for Company.Prepare the transfer of funds to Firm related companies as required. Manage cash transfers between Divisions.Monitoring accounts payable and receivable to ensure sufficient cash flow funding, and liaison with the financial institutions.Monitor and review all treasury and foreign exchange processes and make recommendations to management to improve efficiency and ensure the protection of the company's financial resources.Make recommendations for the investment of excess cash and submit proposals to management for approval.Arrange bank loans, ensuring the lowest borrowing costs and best terms possible and submit proposals to management for approval.Communicate with financial institutions and submit any required reports according to established schedules.Forecast and management of the expected foreign currency exposure with the goal of maximizing the accuracy between forecasted and actual foreign currency needs.Following the company's foreign exchange and hedging policies, negotiate the purchase of forward contracts for both US $ and Foreign Currencies as required.Develop Foreign exchange matrix to be used by Cost Accounting staff when setting unit standard costs.Develop, maintain and distribute reports to ensure management can assess the company's cash situation. These include daily cash flows, hedge reports, loan reports and other reports as required.Daily & Monthly reconciliation of all bank accounts from SAP to banking platformsLocation:

Salary Range:

Based on experience  plus Bonus

Requirements:
Undergraduate bachelor's degree minimum. Prefer specialization in Treasury, Accounting and/or Finance3- 5 years directly relevant work experienceCTP (Certified Treasury Professional) designation is desirableProven expertise in financial planning and reportingStrong risk assessment, analytical skills, strategic mindset and initiative requiredExcellent communication, listening, influencing and stakeholder management skillsTeamwork and Cooperation required to help build partnerships with internal and external StakeholdersAbility to work effectively in an extremely fast paced and evolving environment.
