Job Description About the Team Our Treasury and Balance Sheet Management (TBSM) team is on a mission to make Treasury a data‑centric organization. We own and deliver strategic data solutions that enable seamless integration across Treasury pillars and empower business users with self‑serve capabilities. This role supports the centralization of data consumption and aligns with Treasury's Target Operating Model and regulatory expectations. Key Responsibilities Lead initiatives to design and implement strategic data sourcing, modeling, and integration solutions for Treasury domains. Act as a product owner for centralized data platforms, ensuring alignment with Treasury's data strategy and governance standards. Collaborate with technology partners, business stakeholders, and control functions to define and deliver data requirements. Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership. Support change management activities, including stakeholder engagement and training for new data solutions. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or any quantitative discipline (e.g., Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, and etc.) Experience Large-scale project delivery experience in banking or financial services. Strong knowledge of banking products (wholesale and/or retail). Proven experience in data modeling and integration. Technical Skills Proficiency in Python and SQL. Familiarity with data governance and management frameworks. Soft Skills Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence outcomes. Preferred Attributes Experience with Treasury systems and regulatory reporting. Experience with cloud infrastructure and technologies.
