We are seeking an Early Childhood Assistant to join our dedicated team in the heart of our community. This role is essential in supporting our mission to provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners, helping them thrive in their early developmental stages.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing daily lesson plans and activities
  • Support the lead teacher in managing classroom dynamics and ensuring a positive learning environment.
  • Foster individual growth by observing and documenting children's progress.
  • Engage children in educational activities that promote literacy, math, and social skills.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom space conducive to learning.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's development and classroom activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a supportive educational atmosphere.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
  • Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is essential.
  • Strong understanding of early childhood development principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
