Responsibilities

' Support lead teachers in implementing curricula tailored to early childhood development.

  • Assist in creating a safe, engaging, and supportive classroom environment.
  • Foster positive relationships with children to encourage social and emotional growth.
  • Help organize classroom activities that promote literacy, math, and overall learning.
  • Monitor and document children's progress to inform teaching strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and staff to support children's needs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom.
  • Support children with special needs or behavioral challenges when necessary.'},
  • Qualifications'
  • Prior experience working with young children in a childcare or preschool setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Patience, compassion, and enthusiasm for early childhood education.
  • Relevant certifications such as CPR or First Aid are a plus.'},{
