· Can Do Attitude · Get It Done Right · Win as a Team What We Offer · Competitive Wages · Excellent Health and Dental Benefit Plan · Career Advancement Opportunities · Casual Dress Code What You Will Do · Provide up to date communication and photos to Project Manager regarding status of work · Determine category of water loss · Extract water using truck mount and portable pumps · Assist in determination of non-restorable building components · Assist with demolition of non-restorable material · Set up drying equipment as per established procedures · Monitor drying process and adjust equipment as required · Work within on On-Call rotation for after-hours emergencies · Ability to communicate effectively in English · Ability to work alone or with minimal supervision · Ability to empathize with clients/customers who have experienced loss of personal property What You Have · Water Restoration Technician Certification (considered an asset) · Clean Criminal Record Check · Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean abstract · Experience driving/parking a panel van and cube truck · Ability to lift industrial fans 30-40 lbs · Ability to load/unload wheeled industrial dehumidifiers lbs · Knowledge of construction and basic building materials · Safely use power tools and hand tools · Experience in custodial work, pressure washing, carpet cleaning (considered an asset)
