Collision Estimator

We now have a great opportunity for a customer driven Collision Estimator at Penticton Collision Centre. As a Collision Estimator you must accurately and efficiently appraise vehicle damage to determine cost of repair for the customer or insurance claim settlement. **THE ROLE**: - 5 day work week - NO Saturdays or Sundays - Professional and courteous employees and technicians - Strong partnerships with large insurance carriers Please review the list of requirements and qualifications carefully: **REQUIREMENTS**: - Superior phone mannerism; clear and effective communicator - Ability to take direction - "teachable" - Typing with accuracy and respectable speed - Team player with positive attitude; highly integral - Detail oriented - Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment - Will be trained as first line of contact with customers - Prefer experience with Mitchell Estimating & Audatex Estimating programs - Prefer minimum of 2 years in a Body Shop, Automotive or Insurance industry **BENEFITS**: - Excellent benefits that include but are not limited to extended health, dental and vision. - Holidays guaranteed between Christmas/New Years.
