Who are Bookkeepers?

Streamline bookkeepers are highly organized and driven individuals who typically have skills and experience similar to the following:

  • High school diploma, as well as completed courses in accounting and bookkeeping (certificate/diploma in bookkeeping is highly preferable)
  • Four years of related office experience or bookkeeping
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong or working knowledge of OpenInvoice
  • Strong or working knowledge of Payworks
  • Strong or working knowledge of Quickbooks Online (Mandatory)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Fluent written and verbal English
  • Excellent telephone and email etiquette
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

What to Expect as a Bookkeeper

Streamline is looking for a bookkeeper to become part of our difference. Job responsibilities look like:

  • Invoicing and Accounts Receivable
  • Data entry
  • A/R and A/P
  • Maintain and monitor financial records
  • File tax returns
  • Accounts Payable
  • Bank Reconciliation and Accounts Update
  • Payroll
  • Government Reporting

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
