Knowledge Skills and Experience:

  • 15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in B2B/IT with expertise in the channel or distribution. Preferred experience in hybrid technologies (e.g., cloud/edge), AI, or cybersecurity.
  • 10-15 years managing and supervising sales teams, including senior leadership.
  • Must have experience operating at a minimum of $1B+ business scale, with proven success navigating complex, high‑growth environments.

  • Demonstrated strong executive presence, with the ability to confidently present to large internal and external audiences and command the room.
