We are looking for an
Fractional Chief AI Officer
who sits at the intersection of
Advanced Machine Learning
and
Business Strategy

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary Architect for our portfolio companies and advisory clients
  • Operational Diagnosis:
    Lead high-level audits of professional services firms (Legal, Finance, PE) to identify workflows where human labor creates a bottleneck.
  • System Architecture:
    Design the strategic roadmap for deploying Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Agentic Workflows. You determine
    what
    to build; our dedicated Engineering Unit determines
    how
    to build it.
  • Executive Advisory:
    Serve as the technical authority for C-Suite stakeholders, bridging the gap between "Business Logic" (EBITDA, Margin) and "AI Logic" (Vectors, Context Windows, Automation).
  • Delivery Oversight:
    Manage the output of the technical team to ensure deployed systems meet security (SOC2) and operational standards.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Background:
    You are currently a Senior Consultant, Fractional COO, or Strategic Advisor who works closely with decision-makers.
  • Technical Fluency:
    You do not need to be a developer, but you must understand the difference between "Generative Chatbots" (Toys) and "Workflow Automation" (Systems).
  • Sector Experience:
    Proven experience advising firms in high-compliance industries (Private Equity, Legal, Accounting, or B2B Services).
  • Outcome Focused:
    You view AI as a tool for margin expansion, not just innovation.
