Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct analyses focused on business needs, document them in detail, and validate them continuously with business stakeholders.
  • Identify client-facing interface requirements (e.g., screens, reports, dashboards) to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with analysts, designers and developers to identify and formalize business rules, systemic transposition rules, or data transformation logic.
  • Identify and document processes requiring updates and propose improvements to simplify and optimize them.
  • Assist in defining functional, integration, or acceptance test plans and coordinate test execution in support of users.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and development projects, sometimes acting as Product Owner (PO), while respecting administrative and technological constraints.
  • Act as the intermediary between business teams and technical production teams.
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of the sector's IT solutions development strategy.
  • Perform complete, well-documented analyses based on solid evidence.
  • Assist in defining required functions, services, or technical components.
  • Support solution design using just enough, just in time principles and best practices endorsed by centres of excellence.
  • Participate in the development and application of functional rules, technical specifications, and standards for designing and delivering solutions.

Desired Profile:

  • Experience supporting regulatory projects in the wealth management industry is an asset.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, coordination and collaboration capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, writing and simplification skills, with strong ability to transfer knowledge.
  • Basic experience with programming languages, databases or relevant technologies (context-dependent).
  • Familiarity with SDLC, DevOps, ITIL and related best practices.
  • Ability to maintain healthy working relationships with stakeholders across departments and levels.
