Site Supervisor - Multi-Family Residential Construction
About Our Client
Our client is dedicated to improving the quality of housing and communities across Greater Victoria. They believe that building great communities goes beyond constructing homes - it's about creating thoughtful, well-designed environments where people thrive. Few things are more rewarding than seeing families move into their new homes, knowing that years of planning, collaboration, and craftsmanship across departments - from development and design to sales and construction - have brought a new community to life.
Who We Are
We're a Victoria-based group of millennial entrepreneurs passionate about building better communities. Our work is driven by creativity, sustainability, and social values - from creating unique public spaces like a floating tree dock in the Gorge waterway to engaging in local housing and urban planning discussions.
We see infill housing as key to solving our region's housing and climate challenges. Our goal is to bring diverse, high-quality housing options to walkable, compact neighbourhoods just outside downtown Victoria - communities that support all demographics and incomes. While our expertise is in innovative infill development, our foundation is craftsmanship: we build homes that stand out for their design, quality, and efficiency.
