We're looking for a Senior & Experienced Realtor who has desire to transition to a Sales Team Lead to help us build and oversee a high-performing Real Estate Team composed of Residential, Commercial and Investment Components

Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced, licensed Realtor who has already led or mentored a sales team AND/OR has the desire to expand their career to that level and take on a true leadership role within our growing real estate division.

Following a successful probationary period, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing, overseeing and improving a Commercial & Residential sales team, while also maintaining your own book of business.

Your focus will be on:

  • Building performance accountability and structure within the team
  • Driving traction in both residential re-sale and commercial transactions
  • Collaborating with our investment and marketing divisions to source listings and deals
  • Set and track quarterly performance goals for each agent / area of our sales team

Residential & Commercial Oversight

  • Drive listings, new acquisitions, and exclusive opportunities within your divisions
  • Coordinate and oversee residential resale and small-multifamily deals
  • Support commercial transactions — exclusives, leasing, and investment opportunities

Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Work with the Generational Wealth leadership team to align sales with investor and development projects
  • Contribute to high-level strategic meetings and business development initiatives

Who You Are

  • Licensed Realtor in good standing with RECO (Ontario)
  • Confident, organized, and able to lead by example through performance
  • Skilled communicator with strong client-relationship and negotiation abilities

  • Entrepreneurial mindset — driven to build, lead, and grow a successful division

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in any field

Income Potential: $70,000-$200,000

Following Successful Probationary Period there will be opportunities for Bonuses based on team sales performance
