Warehouse Runner/Associate – (2-Month Contract)

Location: London, Ontario

Start Date: Must be available to start asap - Monday November 3, 2025

Duration: 2 months (with possibility of extension)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Join a growing team as a Warehouse Runner supporting HVAC operations. This short-term contract offers hands-on experience in inventory coordination, equipment handling, and logistics support. Ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic, organizational skills, and a desire to contribute to a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and inventory HVAC equipment and materials
  • Load/unload equipment and scan serialized items into system
  • Stage materials for installation crews
  • Monitor stock levels to prevent delays in installation
  • Make deliveries to job sites as needed
  • Assist with job site loading/unloading and truck inspections
  • Ensure scheduled truck maintenance is completed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate documentation
  • Refurbish water heaters and salvage usable components
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Safety & Transportation Requirements

  • CSA - approved safety boots
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Candidates must have: Valid G driver's license (required if operating company trucks for site deliveries)
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety

  • Basic computer skills (scanning, email, data entry)
  • Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs (heavier loads with assistance)
  • Valid Class G driver's license (required for operating company vehicles)
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
  • Forklift license or experience is an asset
  • Willingness to work in all assigned areas
