Andriani began with a specific idea: to innovate the sector for pasta production and sale, creating a product that was naturally gluten-free and healthy, with a unique flavour and a variety of new ingredients (rice, corn, quinoa, buckwheat, amaranth, lentils and peas). Now in our startup phase in London, Ontario, Canada, we are building a dynamic team to help launch and grow our North American operations. As our new state-of-the-art production facility in London, Ontario, is complete, we are seeking Warehouse General Labourers
What You'll Do:
Receiving & Inventory Management:
· Receive incoming shipments, inspect contents for quality and quantity, and report discrepancies.
· Properly label and store materials in assigned inventory locations.
· Perform inventory counts, reconciliations, and participate in audits.
Material Handling and Order Fulfillment:
· Retrieve, stage, and deliver raw materials and packaging to production areas as per the daily production schedule.
· Prepare and load outgoing shipments to distribution centers or customers using appropriate documentation (bills of lading, shipping manifests, etc.).
· Track lot numbers and ensure accurate inventory rotation.
Equipment Operation:
· Operate counterbalance forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
· Conduct daily pre-operation equipment inspections and report any malfunctions or hazards.
Warehouse Organization and Housekeeping:
· Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse in accordance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety requirements.
· Ensure all materials are stored securely and in accordance with temperature, allergen, or contamination controls.
Documentation & System Use:
· Use warehouse management systems (WMS) or paper logs to document transactions.
· Accurately complete receiving records, inventory sheets, and shipping paperwork.
What You'll Bring
· High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
· 1-3 years of warehouse experience, preferably in a food manufacturing setting.
· Forklift certification/experience.
· Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, EPR/WMS systems).
· Knowledge of WHMIS, HACCP, and GMP is an asset.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Proficient communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Must be available for day shifts with flexibility to adjust hours as needed to meet production demands.
