Position Overview
The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for the supporting the execution of systemic transactions and information gathering to provide information on demand fulfillment. This role is responsible for executing end-to-end sales operations process from the creation of transactions to ensuring all receiving is completed systemically by the warehouse and goods allocate to deliver on budgets and deadlines for the business.
What You'll Do
- Maintain reporting highlighting all key information around fulfillment
- Execute daily ERP transactions related to finished goods, including transfers and purchase order processing
- Participate in operations calls with cross functional partners to support alignment and issue resolution
Let's Talk About You
- 2–4 years of related experience, preferably within a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environment
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity
- Proficient in ERP systems, with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) preferred, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; able to extract insights from data and make informed recommendations
- Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and with external stakeholders
