Job Description

As a Consultant in Value Excellence, you will support the design and development of ServiceNow's value-driven approach to Solutions and Industry strategy. This role is pivotal in contributing to a comprehensive, multi-purpose value proposition that supports ServiceNow's AI Go-To-Market initiatives. You will collaborate with large, cross-functional teams across the organization to deliver frameworks, content, and models that help customers forecast and maximize business value.

What you get to do in this role:

  • Support the development and maintenance of value-based models and content that clearly articulate the business impact of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Contribute to the creation of unified value content set spanning the entire customer lifecycle—pre-sales through post-sales—forecasting and tracking value across multiple use cases and experience
  • Support ServiceNow's Value Go-To-Market strategy, including internal advisory, service offering enhancements, content design, tooling improvements, etc.
  • Support senior members of the Value Excellence team in core modeling activities and enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, marketing, sales, solution consulting, value consulting, etc.
  • Building relationships and presenting to key stakeholders.
  • Occasional customer interaction and international travel may be required.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in strategy, technology consulting, or finance (i.e. investment banking)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or MBA (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Ability to ramp up quickly
  • Confidence managing numerous unrelated projects in parallel. Additionally, ability to manage various stakeholders, deliverables, and topics within a project
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with opinionated peers.
  • Independent, self-starter mindset with strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
  • Enterprise software experience preferred but not required
  • Experience in sales-oriented or customer facing environment preferred but not required
