Artificial Intelligence. Actual Impact.

At Docebo, AI isn't just a buzzword — it's how we help teams move faster, perform better, and focus on the work that actually matters. Our learning platform is built with smart, time-saving tools that personalize training, cut the busywork, and make learning feel like less of a chore (and more of a superpower).

We're building the future of learning, and we're doing it with a team that loves to challenge the status quo. If you're excited by the idea of using AI to make work-life better for real people — not just in theory — you're in the right place.

Still thinking it over? At Docebo, values aren't just posters on the wall — they show up in how we work every day. We lead with what we call the Docebo Heart: we trust each other, assume positive intent, and make space for the differences that make our team stronger.

So… what are you waiting for? Join 900+ Docebians around the world and help us reinvent the way people learn.

About This Opportunity:

At Docebo, our mission is to transform how learning drives business performance. As a Value Engineering Consultant, you'll play a critical role in that mission—partnering with Sales and Customer Success teams to quantify the business impact of our solutions and help prospects and customers clearly see the value in choosing Docebo.

You'll lead value-based discovery sessions, build compelling financial models, and present customized business cases that align Docebo's capabilities to each customer's strategic goals. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, build-as-you-go environment.

Client-Facing & Strategic Advisory:
  • Collaborate with Sales Executives to lead value engineering engagements throughout the sales cycle.
  • Facilitate workshops with prospects to uncover business drivers, inefficiencies, and performance gaps.
  • Prepare and present tailored value propositions and business cases that align with customer goals.
  • Join Customer Success Managers in QBRs to track implementation success and validate ROI.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients—translating business needs into clear economic impact.
Financial Modeling & Analysis:
  • Build and maintain ROI models to quantify the business case for Docebo, rooted in a deep understanding of the customer's processes and constraints.
  • Present actionable insights and data stories to support purchasing decisions and renewals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align messaging and ensure consistency across the customer lifecycle.
  • Contribute to scalable value engineering assets, including case studies, frameworks, templates, and internal training.
  • Play a key role in shaping Docebo's value narrative by gathering insights from customer conversations and market trends.
Continuous Learning & Improvement:
  • Stay current with value selling methodologies, ROI storytelling techniques, and the evolving needs of learning & development buyers.
  • Help evolve the value engineering function at Docebo as we scale—bringing new ideas, tools, and perspectives to the team.
About You:
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build credibility with both technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Analytical thinker with experience developing business cases, ROI models, or financial justifications.
  • Naturally curious and excited to learn about customer challenges and translate them into measurable value.
  • Thrive in ambiguity and enjoy building new programs, processes, and assets from the ground up.
  • Collaborative team player who can bridge multiple departments and contribute to a shared vision.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in value engineering, management consulting, presales, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong financial modeling and Excel skills; ability to analyze and visualize complex data sets.
  • Understanding of SaaS business models—bonus if you have exposure to the Learning & Development space.
  • CPA or MBA preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint or other tools for presenting business value to executive audiences.
