Job Summary
We are seeking a Project Manager for our Spruce Grove operation. This is a full time, permanent position. The position is located in our Spruce Grove office. The company is engaged in the precast concrete business. Generally, our role in a project is that of a Subcontractor, where we design, produce and install structures, products and services to the construction and development community, primarily in Alberta but also Sask. and BC. This role provides project management for our organization and the projects we undertake. This will include external matters but also internally within our organizaiton.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling, project documentation and correspondence, coordination with prime contractor, other trades and professionals, approvals, obtaining crane and freight services, managing our consultants and sub-trades and suppliers.
- Managing our installation activities, invoicing, achieving targeted results.
- Must have excellent communication skills (reading, writing and spoken)
Experience
- At least 5 years good experience in this field.
- Ideally, the candidate will be a professional structural engineer with a background in precast concrete, other excellent and relevant experience will be acceptable.
- Must have drive, skills and tenacity to achieve high results.
- Focus on Safety and quality is critical.
- Must be excellent with clients, be an excellent planner, effectively able to assigned staff, manage conflict and defend our position, able to independently think on your feet.

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
