Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Wellness Coordinator based in Toronto, ON from 2:30pm - 7:30pm on weekdays. The Wellness Coordinator will oversee daily clinic operations by managing client bookings, coordinating with the multidisciplinary team, and ensuring a seamless client experience. Responsibilities include fostering authentic client relationships, supporting personalized care plans, and maintaining a warm, welcoming environment. Additionally, the role involves administrative tasks, appointment scheduling, and contributing to the clinic's commitment to excellence and holistic wellness.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills to build authentic and positive client relationships
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks, including appointment scheduling, data entry, and managing client records
  • Organizational and time management skills to effectively balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in health and wellness with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Proficiency with JANE clinic management software or ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the clinic and clients
  • Prior experience in a health, wellness, or similar client-centered setting is preferred
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a college diploma or certification in a related field is an asset
