As part of our continuing growth in this high technology market, Teledyne DALSA is recruiting for a Process Engineering Specialist to join our team in Waterloo

What you'll do

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes for standard products.
• Create clear process documentation, workflows, and instructions.
• Prototype, test, and release new or updated process steps.
• Lead cost‑saving and capacity‑improvement initiatives.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
• Guide and support junior engineers and interns.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors on materials and equipment.
• Support process scale‑up and technology transfer activities.

What you need

• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills — required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate across teams — required.
• Experience developing or improving technical processes — required.
• Ability to interpret data for decision‑making — required.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience — required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field — required.
• Background in semiconductor manufacturing — advantage.
• Experience with materials science, physics, or mechatronics — advantage.

Salary Range:

$62,900.00-$83,900.000
