Responsibilities:

  • Safely and efficiently operate equipment such as loaders, salters, plows, or skid steers to clear local roads according to contract specifications.
  • Utilize snow removal equipment to clear roads, parking lots, and other designated areas.
  • Remove snow and ice from roadways, sidewalks, and entryways.
  • Apply salt or other de-icing materials to prevent ice buildup.
  • Monitor weather conditions and adjust plowing strategies as necessary.
  • Perform routine maintenance on snow removal equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Accurately document all work performed and materials used in our service app.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience operating snow removal equipment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of snow removal techniques and safety protocols.
  • Ability to operate heavy machinery in challenging weather conditions.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
