**Responsibilities**:

- Safely and efficiently operate equipment such as loaders, salters, plows, or skid steers to clear local roads according to contract specifications.
- Utilize snow removal equipment to clear roads, parking lots, and other designated areas.
- Remove snow and ice from roadways, sidewalks, and entryways.
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust plowing strategies as necessary.
- Perform routine maintenance on snow removal equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Accurately document all work performed and materials used in our service app.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience operating snow removal equipment is preferred.
- Knowledge of snow removal techniques and safety protocols.
- Ability to operate heavy machinery in challenging weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $50.00 per hour
