Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the owner and other team members to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly
  • Receive, filter, and interpret requests for action on the owner's behalf; respond to phone and email inquiries in a timely manner
  • Manage day-to-day office operations including phone, email, CRM communication with potential and present customers, service appointment scheduling, invoicing, dispatching calls
  • Managing technicians schedule and ensuring their paperwork is entered properly
  • Prepare and send written communication on behalf of the owner
  • Utilize and maintain our Client Relationship Management System (CRM)
  • Other duties as assigned

Work Details:

  • This is a on site position with in-person meetings with the owner once a week or as required
  • Company computer and phone will be provided

Job Type:

Ability to Commute/Relocate:

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience:

  • Dispatching: 3 years (preferred)
  • CRS experience: 3 years (preferred)
