About The Role
As a
Business Development Manager
, you will have the chance to work collaboratively with our partners to identify and bring in new business. We will count on you to leverage your skills to develop unique marketing programs that cater to each customer category and selling platform. Along the way, you will get to:

  • Engage with vendor partners to strengthen relationships, facilitating partnering activities and programs resulting in positive sales growth.
  • Meet sales and activity performance goals, including pipeline reports by opportunity. Communicate monthly summaries of wins, losses, inhibitors, and net-new opportunities to management.
  • Maintain direct communications with inside and field sales management, promoting collaboration with partner sales teams through face-to-face or virtual meetings.
  • Implement internally created call campaigns using business intelligence to identify new areas of opportunities. Track, measure, and report campaign success.
  • Present information to top management, public groups, and Quarterly Business Reviews. Attend company, vendor, and publisher trainings and webinars.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university.
  • 5-7+ years of related professional work experience and/or training.
  • 5+ years of related IT sales experience and vendor knowledge.

  • Engagez les partenaires fournisseurs pour renforcer les relations, facilitant les activités et programmes de partenariat qui aboutissent à une croissance positive des ventes.
  • Atteignez les objectifs de performance des ventes et des activités, y compris les rapports de pipeline par opportunité. Communiquez des résumés mensuels des victoires, défaites, obstacles et nouvelles opportunités au management.
  • Maintenir une communication directe avec la direction des ventes internes et sur le terrain, en favorisant la collaboration avec les équipes partenaires de vente par le biais de réunions en face à face ou virtuelles.
  • Mettez en place des campagnes d'appels créées en interne en utilisant l'intelligence économique pour identifier de nouvelles opportunités possibles. Suivez, mesurez et signalez le succès des campagnes.
  • Présenter des informations à la haute direction, aux groupes publics et aux revues trimestrielles des affaires. Participez à des formations et webinaires pour entreprises, fournisseurs et éditeurs.
