Job Overview:

Stance Healthcare is hiring a Production Associate to join our Stratford facility on the day shift.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the successful candidate will be an integral member of the Stance Healthcare production team at the Case Goods facility in Stratford, Ontario.

Starting rate of pay is $22.00 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Follow Stance Healthcare's standard work order process and procedures
  • Assemble furniture components quickly and accurately with minimal supervision
  • Install hardware to complete cabinetry, including hinges and brackets
  • General inspection of parts to ensure quality and identify issues
  • Take and record accurate measurements
  • General use of hand tools, including hand drill and nail gun, for drawer assembly, dowel insertion
  • Ability to produce consistent results
  • Sand parts for finishing
  • Maintaining a clean, safe work environment
  • Work effectively with other team members to achieve overall production goals
  • Cross-train in other areas, as needed
  • Package finished product into cardboard boxes or cartons
  • Assist with wrapping, skidding and staging products for shipping
  • Other duties as required

  • Demonstrated mechanical capabilities/aptitude; experience using various hand tools/air tools/power tools, etc.
  • Experience with various saws considered an asset
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent hand eye coordination
  • Enthusiastic team player
  • Positive attitude & desire to learn
  • Commitment to personal safety and safety of coworkers
