Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Assistant role based in Markham, ON. The Assistant will support various administrative, clerical, and operational tasks, ensuring smooth daily functioning of the office or relevant departments. Key duties include assist myself on the paper work, file system maintainence, admin work, managing and assisting in maintaining compliance with company standards and procedures. Additional responsibilities may involve contributing to record-keeping, monitoring supplies, and collaborating with team members to meet business objectives effectively.

Qualifications

  • Fully bilingual in Mandarin and English (written and spoken) — this is a strict requirement

  • Exceptionally detail-oriented

  • Strong organizational, administrative, and multitasking skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
  • Experience in regulatory compliance or quality assurance is an asset
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or natural health products environment is beneficial
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
