About the Role

Stallion Express is looking for a reliable and self-sufficient Warehouse Associate/Key holder to independently run our London, ON branch. As the face of Stallion for walk-in clients, you'll manage daily operations, provide outstanding customer service, and ensure smooth communication with our internal teams.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident working independently, is comfortable opening and closing the warehouse on their own, and thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily operations of the London location, ensuring alignment with Stallion's standards and protocols.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for walk-in clients, assisting with drop-offs, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Identify and route client-related issues to the internal Customer Service team as needed.
  • Sort, scan, process, and organize shipments, including shipping and receiving duties.
  • Perform light administrative tasks to support operational needs.
  • Communicate with internal departments to ensure smooth coordination and issue resolution.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in line with health and safety guidelines.
  • Represent and promote Stallion's values and culture in your daily work.
  • Open and close the warehouse independently.
  • Take ownership of the location's performance and responsibilities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Who You Are

  • 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail operations setting.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking full ownership of the location.
  • Tech-savvy with strong computer skills—able to quickly adapt to new tools and systems.
  • Trustworthy, dependable, and punctual.
  • Strong multitasker with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and always ready to pitch in where needed.
