Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of hair styling services including cuts, color, treatments, and special occasion styles with precision and creativity
• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools to ensure client safety
• Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and increase salon revenue
• Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling payments efficiently
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and foster loyalty
• Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge through ongoing education and training

• Proven expertise in hair styling techniques and trends
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients

Pay: $16.00-$50.00 per hour
