Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing exceptional guest services and a comprehensive understanding of various beauty treatments. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality skincare services while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for our clients. Your expertise in customer service, sanitation practices, and effective communication will be key to enhancing the overall client experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, and nail care.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with provincial regulations and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns effectively.
• Assist clients with product demos and educate them on proper skincare routines.
• Engage in retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided.
• Manage front desk duties including appointment scheduling, client check-in/out, and maintaining accurate records.
• Upsell additional services or products to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
• Foster a warm and inviting atmosphere that promotes relaxation and hospitality.

Experience

• Proven experience as an Esthetician or similar role in a spa or salon setting.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and best practices within the beauty industry.
• Experience in retail sales, upselling techniques, and product knowledge is highly desirable. Eminence Organics knowledge is an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.00-$60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
