We're looking for a hands-on, outgoing Breakfast Bar Supervisor to lead our morning team and keep our breakfast experience running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who likes early starts, enjoys creating a welcoming atmosphere, and takes pride in keeping things organized.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily breakfast operations from setup to close
  • Prepare the breakfast room, food items, and coffee service
  • Monitor, restock, and maintain the breakfast bar throughout the shift
  • Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and brand standards are consistently met
  • Support and guide breakfast staff during service
  • Handle guest questions or requests to keep the experience positive
  • Complete daily checklists and communicate any issues to management
  • Conduct weekly inventory and place breakfast orders as needed
  • Take on additional tasks as required

Qualifications

  • Previous hospitality or customer-service experience is an asset
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Able to work flexible hours between 5:30am and 12pm
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
