The Marketing Manager helps shape the product vision and growth strategy by attracting new players and increasing value from existing ones. Working closely with the Product Owner, this role leads all marketing-related activities, including offers, channels, and customer segments, from planning through execution.
Using an agile, team-based approach, the Marketing Manager identifies and delivers marketing initiatives that drive revenue, profitability, and strong customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotions for online gaming products across digital channels such as paid ads, SEO/SEM, social media, CRM, website assets, PR, and experiential marketing.
- Experience with
digital marketing via direct to consumer channels
(media, email, CRM, owned assets, social, etc.) - Minimum three (3) years in marketing experience w
ith a focus on direct to consumer growth marketing - Partner with the Analytics team to build targeted strategies for acquiring new players and increasing engagement and value from existing players.
- Lead campaigns end-to-end: planning, concept development, execution, optimization, and post-campaign analysis.
- Execute campaigns through player and promotional systems to meet campaign goals.
- Support the Product Owner with marketing forecasts, budget planning, and spend tracking.
- Oversee creative development with internal teams and external agencies, ensuring brand consistency.
- Track KPIs, monitor market trends, and recommend changes to improve performance.
