About the Role

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to drive awareness, engagement, and growth across B3 Systems' rapidly expanding footprint in AI-driven manufacturing. This is a key role that combines creativity, analytics, and strategy — leading all aspects of marketing from brand positioning to digital campaigns.

You'll work closely with

leadership teams across the company, including

Sales, CSMs, and BDRs, to shape and execute our marketing vision — telling the story of how B3 is transforming industrial operations through data, AI, and digital transformation.

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in B2B technology or industrial sectors
  • Strong grasp of marketing strategy, content creation, analytics, and campaign management
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills — both written and visual
  • A proactive, organized, and data-driven mindset with attention to detail
  • Passionate about technology, innovation, and AI

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute B3's overall marketing strategy across digital, web, and social channels
  • Lead content creation (website, email, social, video, press, and campaigns) aligned with our brand and growth goals
  • Manage the company website, SEO, and paid/organic performance metrics
  • Drive lead generation through targeted campaigns and marketing automation
  • Support events, trade shows, and thought leadership initiatives
  • Oversee brand consistency, design standards, and messaging across all materials
  • Collaborate with leadership and sales teams to align marketing with business objectives
  • Track performance and report on KPIs, engagement, and ROI
