About the Role

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Marketing & Sales Representative with strong marketing experience and a solid understanding of AI-driven marketing tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing, campaign management, and generating sales, including posting daily marketing materials across multiple platforms, and generating qualified leads for the insurance and financial services industry. This role plays a key part in supporting business growth, brand visibility, and client acquisition through both digital marketing efforts.

HLLQP licensing is preferred, but not mandatory for the right candidate with proven experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, execute, and manage daily marketing activities across digital and in-person channels

2. Create and post daily marketing content on social media, community platforms, and outreach channels

3. Conduct field marketing, community engagement, events, and referral-based marketing

4. Generate qualified leads for life insurance, health insurance, and financial services

5. Support sales activities by coordinating leads with advisors and follow-up processes

6. Utilize AI-powered tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms to improve lead generation and tracking

7. Build and maintain a local prospect pipeline in the Mississauga and GTA area

8. Track performance, leads, and campaign results, and report on outcomes

9. Represent the company professionally at networking events, seminars, and client meetings

Requirements

1. Proven 3+ years experience required in marketing, field marketing, or sales (insurance or financial services preferred. Referrals will be checked)

2. Demonstrated ability to generate leads and support revenue growth

3. Strong working knowledge of AI-driven marketing tools, digital platforms, Social media and CRM systems

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

5. Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently

6. Comfortable with on-site, in-person or remote work provision

7. Flexible schedule, including availability for events or outreach activities

8. HLLQP License (Preferred) or willingness to obtain

9. Experience with social media marketing, community outreach, or event marketing is a strong asset
