Client Experience Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as Client Experience Coordinator. In this in-office role, you will provide crucial support to our Wealth Advisors, enabling them to focus on client relationships and strategic financial planning. As an integral part of our team, you will assist in managing client accounts, conducting research, preparing reports, and ensuring a seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Client Support: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.
Account Management: Assist in the opening, closing, and maintenance of client accounts, including processing paperwork and coordinating with custodians and financial institutions.
Financial Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to support the wealth advisor in developing comprehensive financial plans and investment strategies tailored to each client's goals and risk tolerance.
Documentation: Prepare and review documents such as financial statements, investment proposals, and performance reports for accuracy and compliance.
Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative tasks including data entry, file maintenance, and calendar management to ensure efficient operations.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners to facilitate smooth interactions and resolve issues promptly.
Professional Development: Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices through ongoing training and professional development opportunities, including obtaining licensing and designations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role within the financial services industry preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
