We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. Proficiency in English is necessary and highly valued as we serve a diverse clientele.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Stock and replenish shelves and displays
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers
  • Process customer orders and handle product returns or exchanges
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels
  • Operate cash registers and other store equipment
  • Resolve customer complaints or concerns
  • Follow company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • Basic math skills
  • Knowledge of convenience store products and services
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Job Type: Seasonal

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
