Why Us?
The Drain & Sewer Technician/Sales is a commission-based position that is responsible for generating new business through the identification and acquisition of new customers, lead generation activities and industry networking out on the field. The primary objective of this position is to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives with respect to new maintenance contract sales in an assigned geographic territory.
What You'll Do Meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective sales techniquesDeveloping and maintaining relationships with new and existing clientsConducting market research and analyzing sales data to identify new sales opportunitiesPreparing and delivering sales pitches to potential clientsGenerating leadsProviding regular reports on sales activity and performanceCollaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfactionEnsuring health and safety policies and company policies are adhered toPerforming all job functions in a safe and healthy manner, abiding by all health and safety rules and regulations.Adhering to all federal, provincial, municipal and city plumbing codesOther tasks as assigned.What Makes YOU Great Successful experience in plumbing service workA valid G Driver's License with a clean recordDemonstrated sales and cold-calling experience, within the industryConsistently meeting deadlines within a fast-paced work environment and works effectively within time constraintsEffective Time Management – prioritizing lead and opportunity potentials, and management directivesStrong ability to work independently to efficiently manage the assigned territory and accountsAbility to develop and maintain strong relationshipsDemonstrated initiative with the ability to work in a collaborative team-based environmentHighly organized in prioritizing work and multi-tasking
